Nearby spots include Lacerations, Mushroom Bay Beach, Shipwrecks, Ceningan Point, and Masceti. For optimal surfing conditions, look for swells from the south or southwest, with a minimum swell height of 4 feet. The best wind directions are from the east or southeast. The spot is located about 100 meters from the pontoons of Bounty Cruises and Bali Hai Cruises. Surfers staying in accommodations on the cliff overlooking the break can paddle out to the spot in about 5 minutes. It’s advisable to follow the rope leading out to gauge the channel and paddle around the right side. The lineup at Playgrounds can be unique, with large catamarans and pontoons anchored nearby.
