Tadado Beach is a surf spot located in East Central Honshu, Japan, in Shimoda City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The spot is also known as Tatadohama Beach. The beach has a sandy bottom and is suitable for all levels of surfers, but it is important to check your skills before paddling out, be sure that the spot and conditions fit your surfing level. The surf spot provides both left and right waves. Tadado Beach works best with low and medium tides and sometimes breaks, offering wave lengths between 50 and 150 meters. The spot can hold waves up to about 8ft and is known for good sand bars throughout the year. The surf forecast and report for Tadado Beach can change depending on wind and swell patterns, with the best conditions usually coming from a southeast swell and offshore northwest wind.
