Nothings is a surf spot located in Queensland, Australia. This spot is known for its consistent waves, providing both left and right wave directions, making it a versatile location for surfers of all skill levels. The wave quality is considered a regional classic, and it can be surfed at all tides. The bottom consists of sand and rocks, which can create rips and undertow, so it’s important to be cautious. The wave length is typically less than 50 meters, and the spot is often uncrowded, offering a more relaxed surfing experience. To reach Nothings, drive to the alley, continue down Pacific Parade, pass Elephant Rock, turn down Tomewin Street, then Teemangum Street, turn up Wagawn Street, and finally, turn left onto Pacific Parade again and drive to the end to park. You can surf on either side of the rocks or in front of them. While the spot is suitable for all levels, it’s crucial to check your skills before paddling out to ensure the conditions match your surfing level. Always be mindful of surf etiquette, especially in crowded spots. Respect the locals.
