Varazze

One of the best and the most famous surf spots in Italy. Fast and hollow wave that breaks on a shallow rocky bottom, absolutely not a spot for beginners. The best swell direction is from the southeast and south, while the optimal wind conditions are from the northwest and north. Due to the difficulty of the wave and the crowd, it is mandatory to stick to the surf etiquette and respect the surfers in the water.
