About this Spot
La Diga is a surf spot located on the east coast of Italy near the village of Sottomarina. It is a left-hander that breaks on sand next to a pier. The spot is suitable for all levels including beginners. The best swell directions are east and southeast, while the best wind directions are west and northwest. The spot can get crowded on its better days. Always be respectful of local surfers when surfing at La Diga.
