About this Spot
Il Molo is a surf spot located on the East coast of Italy, in Portonovo. Right-hander that breaks on the side of the pier producing long rides on its better days. The spot breaks over a cobblestone bottom. Il Molo picks up swell from the north, northeast, and east directions, with easterly, southeasterly, and southerly winds being the best. The spot is not recommended for beginners. There are usually a lot of longboards in the water. Respect the locals.
