Beach break located in the “Parco della Sterpaia” near Piombino. The wave breaks next to the mouth of the channel, providing a long right-hander when the swell is big enough. Can also provide a-frame and left waves in the other peaks spread around the area. One of the few south-facing spots in Tuscany, working well with swells coming from the south. The best conditions for surfing at this location are when the swell direction is from the south or southwest. The ideal wind direction for this spot is from the northwest, north, or northeast. Can get crowded. Respect the other surfers in the water.
